The thermal insulation and waterproofing system maintains a stable temperature in the building and eliminates moisture and condensation build-up.
The design flexibility of the varying cavity depths provides the ability to achieve the optimal thermal objectives to obtain the desired Energy Modelling requirements for all climatic conditions throughout the world.
Sustainability
Bildtec is committed to green initiatives and lowering our carbon footprint. One of the ways we are working towards this goal is by using recyclable materials such as aluminium and stainless steel for our components and fabricating systems.
Lightweight & Stable Substructure
Our highly stable systems are made out of aluminium and stainless steel and have virtually no risk of breakage or detachments.
Design Consistency
A variety of cladding materials that guarantee uniformity can be used such as porcelain, fiber c, phenolic, and ACM. Panels can be easily replaced if required.
A variety of cladding materials can be used to guarantee system uniformity throughout the project’s building envelope design. Material such as porcelain panels, fiber c, phenolic panels, ACM, stone, glazing, wood, and solar panels can be used singularity or in combination with eachother to achieve a beautiful aesthetic. The system is also set-up for the easy removal or replacement of panels if required.
Weather & Noise Shield
Our systems offer high performance against atmospheric agents as well as a reduction of outside noise by 10-20%.
Our systems offer the highest performance when implemented using ventilated façade rain-screen principals and effective Air Barrier and Moisture/Waterproofing Barrier products recommended by Bildtec. When employing Bildtec’s engineering design criteria, our systems can also provide up to 25% outdoor noise infiltration and reduction.
